Motives, desire, satifaction in my understanding.

Motives and desires drive individuals to their limits of abilities and build their visions. Satisfaction on the other hand stalls as if to put a rest to a being who is yet to rest in peace. This article has the nerve to discuss the trio (motives, desire and satisfaction) differently. This article is plucked from my letter to my sister. Enjoy it.

Motives

This is personal folks. Here I come with an opinion. A motive is that which pulls you to an objective and not really what makes the objective exist in the first place. An objective is subjective. It can not exist before it is made to exist through imagination and creativity. An objective is what I call a goal.

Motives do not turn the desire on. But it sure gives descriptions of how satisfying it is to reach the goal or meet the goal. There is one thing a motive does that resembles turning the desire on. It intensifies the already existing desire.

Mostly you can only have a desire. The object or subject of satisfaction is only imaginary. It is imaginary because while you thirst and hunger for it, you can not have it as long as you still desire it. If you remain in the hungering and thirsting-for mode, the desire is endless and the motive will remain forever on overtime. None of these suffer the prolongment. Only your happiness will suffer.

A motive as a source of descriptions of how satisfying it is to reach the objective stays active. It modifies these descriptions over and over to keep them valid. It modifies the imaginary subjective objective. While doing so, a motive escapes its purging so that it can not go void.

Desire

If a motive is that which gives descriptions of how satisfying it is to reach what’s in your desires. A desire is that which fights towards an imagined point of satisfaction, flattening obstacles, mostly causing harm rather than cure until the imagined satisfaction has been reached.

A desire is distanced from proper logic since that imagined satisfaction it fights for is only a subjective objective. The imagined satisfaction, that which the desire is turned on for is a play of irrationality. Desire more than anything tends to turn toxic. For it is unstoppable until the imagined satisfaction is reached. Through the desire to achieve greater financial status, some wives and husbands were divorced.

Desire, through its unstoppability, creates possibilities out of impossibilities. The only problem desire has is it seeks satisfaction rather than achievements, power instead of strength and an outward superiority. It seeks recognition rather than a selfless deed. So watch it carefully.

It helps to give boundaries to desires and achieve through them rather than extending into the damaging pursuit of satisfaction. Satisfaction which the desire chases after is only imagined and is not reality until it is realised. There is a possibility of having one fight to a non-existing point of satisfaction.

Your personal development equals personal gain. Personal gain is the number one gain. Once you gain. Learn to share. Develop yourself. Don’t you just desire and do nothing because desires have tendencies to burn alive those who desire to a hundred per cent and act zero.

Desires we all have them. To make the most out of them you have to be positive in your thoughts and actions. You are filled with energy. A desire is good at capturing this energy and releasing it through the only vent of your pursuits. Positivity makes it possible for energy tunnel led through desire to become energy invested.

Satisfaction

It should not be treated as refusing to get some more. You can always desire (to have more wealth) and be satisfied (by wearing less pricey garments). Satisfaction is a point where you welcome less and enjoy the benefits of welcoming less while getting rid of the burden of getting some more. Remember it is not the amount of what you have that guarantees happiness, it is the meaning of what you have.

Like we are trapped in a rat race the modern consumerist world keeps us seeking for things with no meanings in our lives. Satisfaction is millions of year’s away.

At one point in your life lowering your levels of satisfaction turns you into a helpful citizens who uplift others.

Satisfaction, the desire sector economics: It is your duty to figure out which sector of your life demands satisfaction and which doesn’t. If you are hanging on to hope as a tool for getting to achieve it, you need to lower your satisfaction standards elsewhere and peak the desire for your goal. That way you can go for years without conceiving it and without panicking or giving up.

Patience, hope and ambition. Satisfaction and desire

Ambition on the other hand, if it must be achieved demands that both hope and desire, not impatience on what’s worse. Satisfaction’s involvement becomes a medium for hope while desire drives through obstacles. Ambition demands both extremes: Satisfaction and desire.

When a path is running dry like a desert, lowering your levels of satisfaction is a way to keep wet patches of hope going forward. It is not only ambition alone that requires both extremes: Satisfaction and desire. Hope and patience do require these two extremes to stay in one person’s ways of doing. Patience pays more if there is a massive desire for something ahead. Yet a path filled with desires alobe is a dive into a bottomless pit.

A satisfaction point is an end to a desire related to it and satisfaction coming out of plain satisfaction is the death a of desire. The latter is not healthy for the progress of a human.
