To be patient on one does not mean that you don’t look sideways and borrow a stepping stone from a completely unrelated another. The things you are going to borrow will have to include ways of thinking and doing. It is, therefore, essential to separate who you are from what you do for a living before takeoff.

Explained ● I dropped out of College after going through hardships that would change my conception of the education system. Having eaten from a garbage bin to survive hunger on the campus, I walked off fortifying my hate for the system. Soon this hate expanded into the salary system, a system I classified as a debt system.

Years passed and I now regret this unforgiving grip a mentality had secured in me that took my sight off. A full-year salary of $200 a month would have secured my way to greatness five years ago. Back then someone was providing food and accommodation free for me. ●

Take note:

  • Pragmatism: Progress is aligned in practical ways. It isn’t attached to a philosophy or an ideology.
  • Function: Progress follows you when you purposefully do what you do or experience. Whatever you do, do not do it to prove a point or make some people fall on the wrong side of what you regard as facts. It should not be about pleasing anyone either. Save money for a function, not flare.

It is vital to unite with those things that are against your values whenever necessary to make patience work for you. You must look beyond the confines of your mindset to see if buying the services of another briefly can ruin you or not. By default, to takeoff, you need to do hard things you do not have to keep doing once up.

Whatever you do or go through observe. Discover, and see with more than just your eyes but your mind. Have a conscious lust for knowing, and create questions that others find perfect. Challenge yourself.

Explained ● When I joined a security company, I found myself in a more boring job than ever as I had no duty slip. I, however, had the privilege of being tossed from one corporate premise to another as a security assistant. This allowed me to observe how companies work, their stuffing and flaws. This prepared me for a future corporate life as a founder.

Such a job was one bid to strike gold as a blogger. I needed hosting fees and the necessary equipment. But more than just working for the hosting fees, I came across more.●

Isolate your problems. Let’s you wish to invest in some photography gear and you have rent and bills to pay. Isolating your problems is paying your rent and bills in advance so that you can focus on your photography gear in the following months. Isolation produces incredible results. It is the best strategy to make patience work. Through isolation, you can easily notice problems inside problems you are dealing with. When rent is a problem, rent higher than you can easily pay in advance is a problem inside a problem.

Separate who you are from what you must do for a living. The process of becoming who you are involves doing things that are the exact opposite of what you intend to become. This is why success is found in failing a multiple time and not giving up. In your journey to the throne of success, patience can only work if you are willing to do the things that go against your dignity, your family’s status and so on.

Eliminate shyness and all types of fear as you pursue your breakthroughs.

Confronting the truth will make patience produce results for you. The reason why we always run away from the truth is it projects a real image we are not ready to take.

Explained ● I have found myself inhibited from taking off by a wrong mindset, a lie I would say. Or a mindset that was right but was wrong at that given time. I had a belief that the education system and its teachings on wealth creation were wrong and that a salary had to be avoided. This was a good mindset. What made it wrong and therefore a lie was the time I tried to live up to this mindset. I struggled a lot and delayed my progress for years by just avoiding a salary.
